My family is Buddhist borderline Athiest, but God is one figure I just feel has played such a part in my life. And there were times I’d prayed in desperation, for hope, in fear, and sometimes I prayed just for appreciation. Sometimes I didn’t understand what he was doing, if he was playing some game with me, maybe pulling the strings, but I knew he was always there. And he did everything for a reason. Some reason.
